I walked into the store and a lady approaches me asking how can she help and I tell her I’m interested in getting some of my pistols cerakoted and she says they don’t do guns anymore. Even though it’s on there front door and the cerakote website . Please see pictures.

Excellent quality and color. Well done for cerakote. I was very happy and will be going back for more projects. I don't know how their prices compare to others. Nobody else has replied to my messages, they were fast to help and take care of me. About 2-3 weeks for the work to be done.

Do not recommend!!! Dropped off a bumper a little over 3 weeks ago, and was needing it back by tomorrow at the latest. Was told at the time of drop off “we might have it ready in 2-3 days”, which I responded “as long as it’s ready in 2 weeks you’re good, as I’ll need the truck in 3.” In all actuality it was 3.5 weeks before needing it, so even if they took 3 we should be good. I’ve called 3 times over the last 2 weeks to check on it. Every time I’ve been told “it’s next in line to get blasted.”, “It’ll be ready in a couple of days”, “it’ll be ready Friday at the latest.” Well a couple of days have come and gone, Friday has come and gone, a couple of weeks have come and gone. It still hasn’t been blasted, it’s nowhere closer to being ready than when I dropped it off, and I need the truck tomorrow. If I hadn’t been lied to the entire process I wouldn’t be here. I’d have simply found another powder coated that could do the work in the allotted time frame.

I own a custom motorcycle shop in Lubbock, TX. Where I had a customer drop off a motorcycle frame, rear subframe, swing arm, stunt cages and gas tank to them for it to be power coated in Illusion blue for his build. When the parts were finished and arrived at my shop they were a deep purple instead of the respective color we had chosen. Along with areas of the parts faded and not completely coated evenly. They also power coated bolts together completely instead of undoing them by hand since the bolts were only hand tight upon drop off. I definitely don’t recommend going to them.

I work out of town and I'm not able to be here during CS's regular hours, Brad has met me during the weekend not only to drop my parts off but to pick them up as well. I got my heat shields for my Harley powder coated in satin black and they came out awesome, I will be doing lots of business with Coating Specialist in the future!!
